All registered users should receive an email with a login for 365. If the message did not arrive, it means that:
- You do not have an account. Accounts are set up for student groups at the request of the learner engagement team. If someone is recruited later, they might not be on the list. Similarly, if you did not provide an e-mail address when recruiting took place
- An incorrect or different email address was provided
- Check your messages at a different email address.as this might of been the one provided
- The message went to the Spam folder (it happens)

- You will need to email our IT department using it.support@pathwaygroup.co.uk to arrange for a 365 Account to be setup for you if you are still having difficulty's call 0121 707 0550 and ask for IT Support
