FAQ: How do I access my courses?

Response:  Once you log in, you will be directed to your dashboard. From there, you can see a list of your enrolled courses. Click on the course title to access the course materials, assignments, and other resources.


FAQ: How can I contact my tutor?

Response:  To contact your tutor, go to the course page and find the "Participants" link in the navigation menu. Click on your tutor's name and use the messaging option to send them a message. Alternatively, you can post in the course forums if the query is related to course content.


FAQ: Where can I find the course schedule?

Response:  The course schedule is available on the main course page under the "Course Overview" section. You can also find important dates and deadlines in the "Calendar" block on your dashboard.


FAQ: How do I submit an assignment?

Response:  To submit an assignment, go to the assignment link in your course. Click on the assignment title and then click the "Add submission" button. Upload your file and click "Save changes." Ensure you submit before the deadline to avoid penalties.


FAQ: Can I access EzeeTutor on my mobile device?

Response:  Yes, EzeeTutor is mobile-friendly. However, due to screen sizes some content maybe more difficult to view  Presentations in our live classrooms maybe difficult to see due to small text sizes, you may also need to scroll to view content   We therefore recommend a laptop or PC is used when undertaking any course on EzeeTutor. 


FAQ: How do I participate in a forum discussion?

Response:  To participate in a forum discussion, navigate to the forum link in your course. Click on the forum topic and then click "Add a new discussion topic" to start a new thread or click on an existing discussion to reply. Type your message and click "Post to forum."
